Thanks for taking a moment to share your "Shout Out" and how coma has impacted your life personally or professionally. Your story will help us showcase the importance of continuing to support the Curing Coma® Campaign. Simply click "Start Your Video" below and follow the prompts to begin! A few reminders as you are submitting your shout out video:

Begin with your name, what you do (neurointensivist, nurse, etc), and the city in which you live.
Please do not use a patient name, unless they have provided a consent form
Please do not submit any patient photos, unless they have signed a photo release form
Please do not use your institution name, unless they have granted you explicit permission to mention them within your story
